Whether you choose from our Ambulatory Medical Record Reviews, HEDIS* Chart Abstractions, Medicaid Chart and Site Reviews, Credentialing Site Reviews, Disease Management Record Reviews, or Medical Practice Achievement programs, COLA is committed to fulfilling your requirements in an electronic format that works with your system.

We begin every relationship by working with you to conduct a thorough needs assessment. We take the time up front to understand your past experiences and determine the factors for your success. Together, we set mutually agreeable goals, timelines and costs. We then apply this knowledge to a customized plan designed for you.

You will be assigned a COLA account representative who will act as a single point of contact and your primary source for on-going expertise and information. This highly trained individual will be fully accessible by telephone, voicemail or e-mail. At this point, we work with you to arrange regular check-in meetings scheduled at your convenience.
