We contract with local fire departments and 911 providers so no one has to call across the country for permission to use 911 in an Emergency. We custom build and manage high quality networks of Emergency and Non-Emergency medical transportation providers and operate a state-of-the-art telephone Non-Emergency Transportation Call Center so providers, case management staff, patients and members receive easy toll-free access to high quality transportation services 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We have the ability to closely interface with existing Nurse Advice programs, or can help clients select a replacement. We meticulously select our network providers from all available providers in each service areas and credential, support and partner with them so client's members receive superior Emergency and Non-Emergency medical transportation services, for the very best price.
